Day flying by
Oct. 6th, 2003 07:35 pmReceived counter-offer from seller on house - they want full price. Can't do it - love the location, but it's only a 2 bedroom and I just don't have the full price.
Seriously want to put in offer for the duplex - well within my price range, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, with a great layout. The block is nicer, has more trees and bigger houses. Living room is small, and kitchen is oak instead of maple, but bedrooms are bigger, and there's a front porch. It's a little further way but still very close in. I got good vibes from the place.
The turn signals on my car stopped working suddenly! Uggh. Probably a blown fuse. WHY NOW - I have no money, no time, and a 12 hour drive to/from Idaho this weekend!
I've got to read 160 pages of slave narrative now.
