Reading, reading, reading

For every one book I read, I come away with 15-20 references for other things to read. This is good. Too bad I'm not a speed reader. I do own one or two books on speed reading, however, I have a difficult time concentrating. They always want you to concentrate. Maybe I should give another go at it.
I highly, highly recommend to any UUs (and even non-UUs) that they read, "Soul Work: anti racist theologies in dialogue." The articles by George Tinker, Rebecca Parker and Bill Jones impacted me the most. Must reads. Tinker, especially. He is a first nations theologian and the way he defines the US just rocked me to the core.
Also, a link to the New Internationalist magazine.
